The Brook Learning Partnership welcomes you to participate in some or all of its activities. To give you some ideas for how we can work together we have set out a number of suggestions on this website. However, if there are activities that you wish to work with us on but which are not set out here, please do not be deterred - your help is very welcome.
So why do you want to work with us?
The arrangement of our schools in partnership has attracted attention at the highest policital and educational level. However, we would rather be judged by the quality of our work and its outcomes for young people and sowe will focus on that.
Both
schools are specialist schools - Ladybridge High School for Sports and Rivington
& Blackrod High School for Technology. Rivington & Blackrod High
School is a Training School and has developed extensive programmes of work
that have earned national status in learning, leadership, management and
pupil and parent voice. We are renowned as schools that share work in partnership
with others. Exploring the rest of our website will give you some of the
